Our first dive into the wild waters of naturally sparkling wines aka pét-nats couldn’t be more extraordinary – it’s made from Tempranillo and it is RED. Delicious red & black forest fruits, hint of liquorice with subtle tannins in the finish.
Optimal serving temperature: 12 – 14 °C
Food pairing: this sparkling beauty pairs well with prosciutto or jamon serrano.
