Red Submarine

This curious blend of Shiraz, Touriga Nacional, Tinto Cao and Nebbiolo is immediately inviting with a pure juicy mixture of dark cherries, blueberries, plums and blossoming blackberry tree. There´s a herbal element too – sage, basil and a touch of earthiness. No oak aromas to interrupt the fruit purity! Fresh, smooth and savoury on the palate. Black cherries, black currant and mulberries with a pinch of dried basil, sage and thyme. Tannins are light and soft coming from the fruit framing the savoury finish. Fantastically moreish wine made without any additions, minimal manipulation and bottled with minimal preservatives. This is an entry pass to our Terroir!
