Pink Submarine

Another curious blend of Pinotage, Tempranillo and Chenin Blanc. Light garnet colour promises dry, aromatic and textural rosé. Strawberries with cream and raspberries – here comes the Tempranillo. There´s Pinotage blackberry, smoky and earthy elements adding to the complexity as well as mango and fresh notes from the Chenin. Dry, round, creamy with a light tannic bite balanced by fresh crunchy acidity. Red and dark fruit on the palate in duet with herbs like sage and white pepper. Finish is driven by refreshing mango juice zooming through a light tannic frame. Ridiculously moreish wine made without any additions, minimal manipulation and bottled with minimal preservatives. This is an entry pass to our Terroir.
