94 points (on 2016 vintage) – Mike Bennie, The Winefront, Dec 2021 Golden colour, really pretty to look at. Scents of honey, nougat, dried apple, candied ginger. Lovely stuff. Soft and creamy in texture with some neat, saline minerally crunch, good hiss of tight bubbles, nutty savouriness in spades here with some faint cherry juice and green apple juice going on. Complex, intriguing, super minerally yeasty style. Love it.
