Manseng is one of our great success stories with Alternative Varieties, its small berries, tough skins & open bunches make it very resistant to botrytis, the bane of our high summer rainfall.

Mike Bennie: Such a good wine. A strong assertion of individuality by Topper’s.

Petit Manseng or Gros Manseng? While we believed we planted Petit Manseng fifteen years ago the new DNA research conducted by CSIRO showed that all planting material that has been imported to Australia is actually Gros Manseng. Whatever Petit or Gros, our Manseng delivers juicy, fresh with unmistakable tension and high flavour concentration resulting in very long aging potential.

On Friday 4th September at 8pm we will try to crack the code of this gem from Jurancon! Please check HERE for ZOOM meeting details.

This ZOOM event is not going to be a regular virtual wine tasting – rather a relaxed wine chat over a glass of Manseng.

Important: Only for this event we prepared for you a very exciting Manseng 2pack – we went through our museum stash and dug out two dozens of our beautifully developing 2011 next to which will be our 2017 – wine just released and already gathering critical acclaim! Please check HERE to order your one prior the chat!

Look forward to seeing you all on Friday 4th of September!
